Job Description

Position: Area Manager

Location: Bengaluru (Managing 2–3 outlets)

Openings: 2

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations of 2–3 assigned outlets.
  • Drive business development and increase revenue.
  • Monitor outlet performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, staff training, and daily operations.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Area Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Male or Female candidates can apply.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
