• Job ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• QualificationAny Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
