Job Summary
Mata Payals is looking for a Billing Executive to handle online billing, invoice generation, customer query resolution, and order-related coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, with basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process online bills and invoices accurately.
- Handle customer billing-related queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Verify billing details and ensure error-free documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and order status.
- Maintain billing records and update customer information.
- Assist in resolving payment and invoice-related issues.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day billing operations.
