Assembly Technician

A motor vehicle assembler fastens and installs parts to build cars, trucks, or motorcycles on a production line. Core Responsibilities

• Component Installation: Fasten subassemblies, engines, transmissions, door panels, and wiring systems using both hand and power tools.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex schematics, diagrams, and technical blueprints to correctly place and align parts.
• Equipment Operation: Operate automated production equipment, hoists, and robotic arms to maneuver and secure heavy parts.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects, alignment issues, or faulty mechanics.
