Account Executive (Accounting)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented young professional to own our accounts function and support business operations — including stock tracking and e-commerce delivery coordination. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional work across accounts, operations, and business data management. If you are comfortable with Excel and open to using AI tools to get work done faster — we want to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounts & Finance:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts entry

• Invoicing, billing, and payment tracking

• Basic GST and tax compliance support (training provided if needed)

• Monthly accounts reconciliation and MIS reports

• Vendor payment tracking and petty cash management

Stock & E-Commerce Operations:

• Sync with the e-commerce and delivery team for order tracking

• Maintain stock registers and inventory data in Excel

• Track dispatches, returns, and delivery status

• Flag stock shortages or discrepancies to management Data & Reporting

• Maintain all Excel-based business data — bills, stocks, accounts, reports

• Build and update simple dashboards or trackers as needed

• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to summarise data, draft reports, or handle routine tasks
