Company: Landmark Properties Industry: Real Estate / Property Development Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Landmark Properties. In this role, you will play a key part in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate real estate ledgers, and supporting property-related financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Key Responsibilities
- Tally needed
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: * End-to-end recruitment for diverse real estate roles (e.g., Real Estate Sales Managers, Sourcing Managers, CRM Executives, Project Engineers, and Architects).
- Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Onboarding & Induction: * Design and execute smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they understand the company culture, project portfolios, and compliance guidelines.
- Performance & Incentive Management:
- Track and manage performance review cycles, specifically keeping tabs on complex real estate sales incentive structures and commission payouts.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, payouts, and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities to keep morale and motivation high, especially for high-stress sales targets.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee databases, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate or Property Development sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate market dynamics, typical hiring challenges (e.g., high sales turnover), and incentive-driven structures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRMS tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office (especially Excel for data management).
