Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell genuine vehicle accessories to new and existing customers.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of available accessories.
  • Recommend suitable accessories based on customer preferences and vehicle models.
  • Coordinate with the workshop for timely installation of accessories.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain sales documentation.
  • Track accessory orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
  • Display accessories attractively in the showroom.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to promote additional accessory sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
