Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality MIG welding on metal components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel and fabricated components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Ensure weld quality as per specifications and safety standards.
- Operate welding equipment and maintain tools in good condition.
- Inspect finished welds and rectify defects, if any.
- Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures.
Requirements:
- ITI/NCVT in Welder Trade or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIG welding in a manufacturing or heavy engineering environment.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and quality standards.
