Packing Associate

Job Summary :

The Senior Packer is responsible for ensuring accurate, high-quality, and SOP-compliant packing of

jewellery products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify and resolve

packing errors, and maintaining strict quality standards to prevent customer complaints and returns.

Key Responsibilities :

● Execute packing activities strictly as per defined SOPs and company standards.

● Perform thorough quality checks on all jewellery items before packing (product, finish,

defects, SKU match, and accessories).

● Ensure correct packaging materials are used (boxes, bands, inserts, tapes, etc.) as per

guidelines.

● Identify packing errors, process gaps, and product issues proactively and take immediate

corrective action.

● Escalate recurring issues and provide inputs for process improvement.

● Maintain accuracy in order packing to avoid mis-shipments and customer complaints.

● Ensure proper sealing, labelling, and handling of high-value jewellery items.

● Support supervisors in monitoring junior packers and maintaining packing quality standards.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization at the packing station.

● Adhere to daily targets without compromising on quality.

Key Requirements :

● Age: 25 to 30 years

● Salary Range: 20,000 - 25,000 per month

● Minimum 4+ years of experience in packing operations (preferably jewellery or similar high-

value products).

● Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments.

● Excellent error detection and problem-solving skills.

● High focus on product quality and attention to detail.

● Ability to handle high-volume operations under timelines.

● Basic system understanding (WMS like Increff or similar is an advantage).
