Sales and Marketing Executive

Skills / KRA:

- Massive knowledge of Maharashtra market and Pan India steel market

- Expert in steel and tube industry sales

- Proven experience in selling premium products

- Ability to differentiate ASP Tubes from competing brands

- Strong experience in dealer and distributor network development

- Expert in customer follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals

- Excellent communication and convincing skills

- Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities

- Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, fabricators, OEMs, and project customers

- Capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently

- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Pan India

Special Parameters:

- Must be a top-performing salesperson with a proven track record

- Strong knowledge of stainless steel tubes and pipes industry preferred

- Must have long-term experience and stability in previous organizations

- Preference for candidates who have spent several years in one company rather than frequent job changers

- Must have a long-term vision to grow with ASP Tubes

- Self-driven, aggressive, and result-oriented personality

- Strong dealer network and industry contacts will be an added advantage

- Capable of building ASP Tubes into a leading premium stainless steel tube brand across India
