Job Description

🌾 Sales Executive / Marketing Executive – Nandee Agrotech

Job Responsibilities:

Nandee Agrotech चे Agricultural Products शेतकरी व डीलर्सपर्यंत पोहोचवणे.

नवीन ग्राहक, डीलर्स आणि वितरक जोडणे.

WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram व फोनद्वारे मार्केटिंग करणे.

ग्राहकांना उत्पादनाची माहिती देऊन Confirmed Orders मिळवणे.

दररोज कंपनीला Sales Report सादर करणे.

Salary & Incentive:

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹7,000/- Per Month

🎁 Performance Commission:

₹100 प्रति अतिरिक्त Farmer Order

₹50 प्रति अतिरिक्त Dealer Order

Daily Target:

✅ 10 Corner Stand Orders from Farmers किंवा

✅ 20 Corner Stand Orders from Dealers

Requirements:

मोबाईल आणि इंटरनेट असणे आवश्यक.

WhatsApp वापरता येणे आवश्यक.

चांगले Communication Skills असणे.

Sales किंवा Marketing चा अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य.

Terms & Conditions:

Fixed Salary साठी Daily Target पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक.

Commission फक्त Paid & Confirmed Orders वरच दिले जाईल.

Cancel, Return किंवा Fake Orders वर Commission मिळणार नाही.

कंपनीचे नियम व अटी पाळणे आवश्यक.

कंपनीचा निर्णय अंतिम राहील.
