Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute PAN India dealer and distributor expansion strategies.
- Build, appoint, and manage dealer/distributor networks across multiple states.
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets through channel partners.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Design dealer profitability models, incentive schemes, and growth programs.
- Monitor dealership performance, retail sales, and inventory movement.
- Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and market expansion strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, Service, and Marketing teams for seamless business execution.
- Conduct dealer meetings, product launches, and business review sessions.
- Analyze competitor activities and recommend effective sales strategies.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and dealer relationship management.
