Shashwat Herbal is looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Executive (Back Office) to join our team.
- Job ResponsibilitiesHR & Back Office Administration
- Candidate Recruitment & Interview Coordination
- Employee Documentation & Record Management
- Billing, Purchase Entry & Basic Accounts Work
- Tele Calling & Candidate Follow-up
- Day-to-Day Office Coordination
- Required SkillsExcellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Marg ERP Software
- Experience in Billing, Purchasing & Basic Accounts
- Good communication and tele-calling skills
- Ability to work independently with accuracy
- EligibilityExperience: Experienced candidates preferred; Freshers with strong skills may also apply.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR candidates will have an added advantage).
- Office Timing : Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 01:00 PM – 01:30 PM
- Company Facilities : Company SIM Card will be provided for official calling.
