Job Description
An Airtel XFE (Xstream Fiber Executive) is an active, field-based sales role focused entirely on acquiring new customers for Airtel Broadband, Xstream Fiber, and AirFiber services
Lead Generation: Visit residential buildings, societies (RWAs), markets, and corporate hubs to find new sales leads.
Direct Sales: Pitch broadband plans, Wi-Fi speeds, and OTT entertainment bundles through door-to-door marketing.
Customer Onboarding: Collect mandatory documents, complete KYC checks, and process application requests via the Airtel sales app.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion and building penetration quotas
