Job Description

Student Counseling: Evaluating profiles, assessing academic eligibility, and shortlisting appropriate NZQA-approved universities, ITPs, or private training establishments.


Admission Processing: Filing applications, reviewing Statements of Purpose (SOP) and Letters of Recommendation (LOR), tracking offer letters, and liaising with institution admissions teams.


Visa Documentation & Filing: Preparing visa files according to Immigration New Zealand (INZ) guidelines, including Financial Undertakings, Funds Transfer Scheme (FTS) setups, Medicals, Police Clearance Certificates, and Genuine Temporary Entrant/SOP preparation.
