Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and Invoices.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure timely system entries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Issue materials to production as per approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN).
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of materials.
- Prepare inward, outward, and inventory-related reports.
- Coordinate dispatch activities and maintain dispatch documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all store records.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and inventory control practices.
