Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Insurance products ki sales karna.
New customers aur financial advisors/agents ko onboard karna.
Team aur distribution partners ke saath business develop karna.
Monthly sales targets achieve karna.
Customers ko policy aur financial planning ke baare me guide karna.
IRDAI Exam:
Insurance bechne ke liye IRDAI certification zaroori hota hai (agar pehle se certified nahi hain).
Company aam taur par training deti hai aur uske baad exam conduct karwati hai.
Exam pass karne ke baad hi aap insurance distribution ke liye authorized hote hain.
3-Month Internship/Training:
Is period me training, product knowledge aur sales process sikhaya jata hai.
Performance evaluate ki jati hai.
Kai cases me internship ke baad performance aur exam qualification ke basis par permanent role diya jata hai.
