Job Description
GAVYAMART is dedicated to the preservation of indigenous Kankrej cow breeds and the promotion of sustainable dairy practices. We bring the goodness of traditional Vedic Bilona Ghee to conscious consumers and corporate partners. We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Telesales Executive to join our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads to introduce the benefits of our traditional Bilona ghee.
- Clearly articulate our commitment to animal welfare and the support provided to our network of over 300 gaupalaks.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to build a long-term customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and follow-ups in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi (or local language).
- A passion for health, wellness, and traditional dairy products.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to represent the GAVYAMART brand with professionalism and integrity.
