Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land, topographical, and construction surveys.
  • Perform site layout and setting out as per approved drawings.
  • Establish and verify benchmark levels and reference points.
  • Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
  • Mark grid lines, center lines, column positions, roads, and utilities.
  • Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and coordinates during construction.
  • Prepare survey reports, field notes, and measurement records.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors.
  • Ensure survey accuracy before execution of construction work.
  • Maintain calibration and proper handling of survey equipment.
  • Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of as-built drawings.
  • Resolve site-related survey issues and provide technical support.
