Job Description

DailyMaterial Receipt ManagementReceive material as per Purchase Order (PO)/ Verbal orderVerify quantity and condition of material.Coordinate with Purchase and Quality departments.Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note).Material Storage & HousekeepingStore materials at designated locations.Maintain identification tags and labels.Follow FIFO (First In First Out).Maintain clean and organized stores.Material Issue ControlIssue material against authorized requisition.Ensure correct quantity and specification.Maintain issue records.Inventory ManagementMaintain stock records.Monitor minimum and reorder levels.Conduct periodic stock verification.Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain stock registers/software entries.Update inward and outward transactions.Keep all store documents organized.Material PreservationProtect materials from rust, damage, and theft.Ensure proper storage conditions.Monitor shelf life items.Support to Production Planning
