Security Officer

• Security Management:
• Supervise and manage all security guards deployed at project sites and the corporate office.
• Ensure 24/7 security coverage at all assigned locations.
• Conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
• Verify attendance, uniforms, and discipline of security staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.

• Access Control: Monitor:-
• the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Verify visitor records and issue visitor passes.
• Ensure proper gate pass procedures for material movement.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the premises.

• Surveillance & Monitoring:
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Report any suspicious activity immediately.
• Ensure security equipment is functioning properly.

• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Coordinate with police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
• Conduct mock drills and ensure emergency preparedness.

• Coordination:
• Coordinate with Admin, HR, Project Managers, Store Department, and Contractors regarding security matters.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and site safety regulations.

• Experience: 4–08 years of experience in security management.
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Security Officer in a Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial company.
