Job Description
Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and business documents
Coordinate with department heads and follow up on pending tasks
Schedule meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain confidential documents and records with complete discretion
Assist the MD with administrative and personal assignments
Track executive expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deadlines
