Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
- Train and support team members to improve their sales skills.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/team handling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
