Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries from various lead generation platforms, including IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Company Website, WhatsApp, Email, and Social Media.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and inquiry handling to quotation submission, follow-up, negotiation, and order finalisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Website, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone Calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and customers.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed purchase orders.
• Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams for order execution.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and industrial clients.
• Generate repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of industrial products and machinery.
• Ability to prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Experience in handling B2B industrial sales.
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Email Communication, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to independently manage customer inquiries and close sales.
