About the Role

Automation Exim is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about sales and business development, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic conversations with generated leads to understand customer requirements and build strong client relationships.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales through effective communication, product presentation, and negotiation.

Execute marketing activities to generate new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Perform regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates and strengthen customer engagement.

Send professional cold emails to potential clients for lead generation and business development.

Maintain accurate customer records, update lead status, and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident personality with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.

Prior experience in telecalling, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
