Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, networking, and market research.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate and business clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Promote and sell products and services such as Networking, CCTV, Wi-Fi, Firewall, Servers, IT Hardware, Structured Cabling, AMC/FMS, and System Integration solutions.
  • Schedule customer meetings and conduct regular client visits.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical and purchase teams.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to convert leads into business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand and deliver customer requirements.
  • Stay updated about IT products, networking solutions, and market trends.
