Job Description

Perficient Placements is a US-based staffing and recruitment company looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential candidates through calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand their career requirements and explain our services.
  • Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process.
  • Build good relationships and maintain regular communication.
  • Update daily activities in the system and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Job Location: Ahmedabad (GOTA)

Shift: Night Shift Only (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
