Job Description – Field Sales Executive (MEPF / ELV Projects) Company: SES Projects Pvt Ltd

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to generate business opportunities for MEPF & ELV projects. The candidate will be responsible for client visits, project lead generation, and converting inquiries into orders.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Client AcquisitionVisit builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and industries Generate new project inquiries for MEPF & ELV systems

Build strong relationships with decision makers


2. Lead Generation & SalesIdentify upcoming construction projects

Pitch company services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV) Convert leads into confirmed orders

 

3. Market CoverageDaily field visits in assigned territory

Maintain database of potential clients and projects Track competitor activities

 

4. CoordinationCoordinate with design & execution team for quotations Follow up for proposals, negotiations, and closures

 

5. ReportingDaily/weekly visit reports

Lead tracking and sales pipeline updates

 

Required Skills·      Strong communication & negotiation skills

·      Knowledge of construction / MEP / ELV industry preferred

·      Ability to travel extensively

·      Basic understanding of technical drawings (added advantage)

·      Self-motivated & target-oriented

 

Eligibility 

·      Education: Diploma / Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Marketing preferred)

·      Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (MEP / construction / industrial sales preferred)

·      Freshers with strong sales mindset may also apply

·      Compensation

·      Fixed Salary + Incentives (performance-based)

·      Travel allowance (if applicable)

·      Sales commission on project conversion


KPIs 

·      Number of daily client visits

·      Number of new leads generated

·      Conversion rate of inquiries

·      Monthly order value achieved
