Job Description

Our client company is a leading Real Estate Firm in Ahmedabad.

Designation:Sales Executive 


Job Location: Ahmedabad(Ambli)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial plots and luxurious properties
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking procedures.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
  •  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in residential and commercial real estate.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
