Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update purchasing records

Prepare cost comparison sheets

Review a minimum of three quotations before releasing Purchase Orders

Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with suppliers

Create and issue purchase orders

Obtain approvals for PO and payments from management

Ensure timely delivery of materials

Coordinate with central store in-charge and site storekeepers

Provide regular reports to the Department Head

Track Indent and PO sheets and share weekly updates with the Department Head

Resolve supplier quality-related issues

Develop new vendors

Ensure timely vendor payments and accounting coordination

Maintain healthy relationships with suppliers

Coordinate with the PMS team for technical issues
