Job Description
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to monitor and follow up on all internal business processes at our office. The role involves tracking daily tasks across departments, checking whether work is completed correctly and on time, following up with the concerned team members, and escalating any delays or deviations to the management. Her job is to ensure the right person completes the right work by the right deadline. She will maintain daily checklists, raise help tickets for stuck points, and keep all processes moving without the Core Management needing to chase every step. Importantly Candidates should have basic working knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel and good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi. Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of coordination or back office experience are welcome. No prior experience in the bearing or industrial distribution industry is required. Office location is in Ahmedabad; candidates should be within 45 minutes of travel from the workplace.
