Import Export Executive

🚢 Hiring: Import–Export ExecutiveExperience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end import & export operations and shipment coordination.
• Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters & CFS.
• Manage customs clearance, shipment tracking and timely delivery.
• Verify HS Codes, Customs Duty, GST & DGFT compliance.
• Calculate import/landed costs including duty, freight, CHA, CFS and transportation charges.
• Handle LC, TT and bank-related import/export documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers/customers regarding shipments and documents.
• Maintain shipment records, MIS and documentation.
• Resolve documentation, customs, freight and shipment-related issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Import–Export procedures, Customs & CHA processes.
• Knowledge of DGFT, GST, HS Codes & Incoterms.
• Good MS Excel/MS Office skills; ERP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple shipments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
