Life Insurance Agent

1. To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisor's / agents / Insurance Consultants and ensure that they are applying for IRDA licensing in order to get eligible for sales of Life Insurnace and achieve the sales target set by the company.
2. Meeting and engaging the advisors / agents / IC's on daily basis to achieve the sales target set by the company.
3. Provide on the job training, manage & monitor performance of the advisors / agents / IC's on financial planning with the clients / customers
4. Update knowledge about financial markets and latest trends in life insurance industry.
5. Conduct advisor / agent engagement activities during the week to motivate and train them.
6. Conduct rewards and recognition program for advisors / agents monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
7. Motivate advisors to visit the branch and create branch engagement and conduct BOP's with BM's, visiting advisors at home / office to do prospecting and there by initiating the client meeting. 
8. Relationship management with stake holders.
9. Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors/ agents to achieve overall profitability of the team.
10. Providing proper customer service and assist to agents / advisors / clients / customers in claim settlement
11. Accompany Advisors on joint clients visits with the reporting manager to facilitate successful policy closures.
12. Maintain Accurate and timely updates of all sales executives and client interactions in the SAM system.
13. Renewal Collection.
14. Comfortable with agent’s recruitment on various portals or personal reference 
15. Following and Maintain check in and check out time as per company policy.

• Should be eager to achieve and qualify for outstation and international trips as launch by company.
• Should be agile and very active in field sales.
• Having Bike (Motorcycle) is must as it becomes easier to commute.
• Eager to do sales job.
