Lead Generation Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, confident fresher to kick-start their career in marketing and business development. You will build our brand's social media presence and generate new business through outbound calls. This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, content creation, and tele-calling — ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys both creative work and talking to people. No prior experience needed; we will train you on our products, tools, and pitch.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing

• Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
• Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Grow followers and engagement; respond to comments and DMs
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and share a weekly report
• Support offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns as needed

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided and self-researched databases
• Pitch our products/services, handle basic objections, and qualify leads
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM
• Fix appointments/demos for the sales team or founder
• Achieve weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked
• RequirementsRecent graduate in any stream (BBA/BCom/MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory); 2025/2026 pass-outs welcome
• Excellent spoken communication in Gujarati and Hindi; comfortable working English
• Confident, pleasant phone manner; willing to make 30–50 calls a day after training
• Active personal user of Instagram/social media; eager to learn Canva and content creation
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Positive attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn matter more than marks or experience
• Bonus: any internship in marketing/sales, college fest promotion experience, or a personal page/channel you have grown
