Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect / Site Supervisor

Location: Science City Road, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 1–2 Years 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior projects while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to final execution. 

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and presentations.
• Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create working drawings and execution drawings for projects.
• Ensure all drawings and designs meet quality and project standards.

Site Supervision & Project Execution:

• Conduct site visits and site measurements.
• Supervise ongoing project execution and monitor work quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Maintain project documentation and daily progress reports.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and specifications.

Client & Vendor Coordination:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and project requirements.
• Manage communication between all stakeholders involved in the project. 

Material & Cost Management:

• Explore new materials, finishes, and design trends.
• Assist in material selection and procurement activities.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material comparisons.
• Maintain vendor and material databases. 

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of interior design and architectural concepts.
• Knowledge of site execution and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and MS Office.

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Employment Terms & Conditions:

• The initial 3 months of employment shall be considered a Probation Period with full salary and applicable benefits as per company policy.
• Upon successful completion of the probation period, the employee shall be required to serve a 45-day notice period in case of resignation.
• The employee shall provide a security deposit equivalent to one month's salary, refundable as per company policy and agreed terms.
• The employee shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information, client details, vendor information, project data, and business contacts.
• Upon leaving the company, the employee shall not use, contact, solicit, or engage with any company clients, vendors, suppliers, or business contacts acquired during employment without prior written approval from the company.
• The employee must be willing to travel within or outside Ahmedabad whenever required for project execution, client meetings, site supervision, site measurements, vendor coordination, or any other business-related activities.
• For official work-related travel, the company shall provide or reimburse accommodation, travel arrangements, and other necessary expenses as per company policy. The employee shall comply with all company rules, policies, and professional standards throughout the employment period.
