Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle marine, commercial vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements.
- Process and follow up on insurance claims until settlement.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and branch teams.
- Collect and verify all claim-related documents.
- Maintain insurance and claims records and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance policies.
- Resolve claim-related issues and minimize claim rejection.
- RTO documentation and compliance work
