HR Executive – Shree Dinkar Furniture (Ahmedabad)

SDF Furniture Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a leading furniture manufacturer and retailer. We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee communication, attendance/leave records, salary support, HR documentation, onboarding, and training coordination.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will support core HR operations at SDF by managing recruitment coordination, employee communication, attendance and leave records, salary calculation support, HR documentation, onboarding, and training coordination. The role requires strong follow-up, clear communication, confidentiality, and day-to-day coordination with store and factory employees. The HR Executive will also support operational discipline by maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, drafting HR documents, managing leave calendars, supporting new joiner induction, and coordinating CRM lead data follow-ups with the sales team as required. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain candidate database & coordinate interviews
• Handle employee communication & coordination
• Manage attendance, leave records & salary support
• Draft HR documents (policies, letters, records)
• Support onboarding & training activities
• Assist with CRM data follow-ups and HR operations

Requirements:

• Education: BBA/MBA in HR/Business Administration
• Experience: 0–1 year in HR/recruitment/admin
• Strong communication, coordination & follow-up skills
• Basic MS Word/Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
