Job Description
1. Conduct customer site surveys.
2. Design suitable solar PV solutions.
3. Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
4. Explain ROI, payback period, and savings to customers.
5. Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams.
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales.
7. Support project handover after order confirmation.
8. Maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
9. Track competitors, pricing, and market trends.
10. Site surveys completed accurately
11. Monthly/Quarterly sales achieved
12. New customers acquired
13. New EPCs/Dealers/Distributors onboarded
14. Generate and qualify sales leads.
