Job Description – Real Estate Field Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar / Dholera
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
- Key Responsibilities: Visit properties and collect & verify property details.
- Build and maintain property/seller database.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers and property owners.
- Handle leads, follow-ups, and arrange site visits.
- Negotiate and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain proper lead, property and customer data.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Real estate/field sales experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
