Field Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic, presentable, and ambitious candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about sales, eager to earn attractive incentives, and ready to take on challenging targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
• Generate leads through field activities, references, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Candidate Requirements:Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under targets and performance-driven environments.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or loan sales will be preferred.
