About the Role

Promore Broking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and market-savvy equity dealer to join its dealing desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing client trades, managing client relationships, monitoring market activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Execution

• Execute client orders in the Equity Cash, Futures & Options segments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely order placement and confirmation to clients.
• Monitor live market movements and assist clients with trade execution.

Client Relationship Management

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients.
• Provide market updates, trading ideas, and investment-related information within regulatory guidelines.
• Assist clients in resolving trading and operational queries.

Revenue Generation

• Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement.
• Increase client trading volumes and activation.
• Cross-sell company products such as mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, PMS, insurance, and wealth management services.

Risk & Compliance

• Monitor client margins, exposures, and risk positions.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company policies.
• Follow internal dealing and risk management procedures.
• Escalate unusual transactions or compliance concerns to management.

Market Research & Updates

• Stay updated on market news, economic developments, corporate actions, and regulatory changes.
• Share relevant market information with clients to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduate in commerce, finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.

Certifications (Mandatory)

• NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification
• NISM Series VII – Securities Operations and Risk Management (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in a stock broking company, wealth management firm, or financial services industry.
• Experience in handling retail and HNI clients will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of equity, cash, and derivatives markets.
• Knowledge of NSE, BSE, and exchange regulations.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as ODIN, NEST, NOW, IIFL, Tradejini, or similar terminals.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure during market hours.
• Good knowledge of margin requirements and risk management.
