Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer outbound and inbound calls, driving e-commerce sales conversions, managing Return to Origin (RTO) verification, and collecting customer feedback.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales Calling: Connect with warm leads and potential customers to drive e-commerce sales, address product inquiries, and up-sell/cross-sell products.
• RTO (Return to Origin) Management: Call customers to confirm COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, verify delivery addresses, and re-attempt non-delivered orders to reduce RTO rates.
• Customer Feedback & Support: Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls to collect feedback, address grievances, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, order confirmations, and customer feedback in the database/CRM.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate / Undergraduate (12th Pass or Diploma candidates with relevant experience are welcome).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, customer support, or e-commerce operations.
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in English and Regional Languages (Gujarati/Hindi).
• Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, basic computer knowledge, and a target-driven mindset.
