Agronomist

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires frequent field travel. The selected candidate will spend approximately *20 days per month in the field* and *6 days in the office* for reporting, documentation, planning, and coordination.(Male Candidate prefered

• Provide leadership and expertise in agriculture-related matters across project activities, ensuring alignment with Amiha's commitment to fair pricing and sustainability.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to surveyors on agricultural best practices, focusing on Organic and BCI cotton cultivation.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey agricultural concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate proficiency in farm management, technological skills, and problem-solving abilities to optimize agricultural processes and address challenges.
• Collaborate closely with team members to implement and monitor agricultural initiatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
• Male Candidate preferred 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 year of experience in agriculture, preferably in Organic and BCI cotton cultivation.
• Strong communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to provide leadership in agricultural projects.
