Accountant – Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
• Prepare regular financial and accounting reports.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal teams.
• Assist with monthly and yearly account closing.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
