Job Description
- Develop and execute Shievon’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan and execute content including Reels, posts, carousels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and other social media copy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, sounds, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to create high-quality content.
- Manage daily posting and ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience preferences to identify new content opportunities.
- Plan and execute influencer and creator collaborations.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and other key metrics.
- Use insights and analytics to continuously improve content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
