Job Title: Telemarketing Executive / Telesales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing/Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, handling customer inquiries, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent english is must
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
