Relationship Manager

Stellar Consultancy is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding student requirements, providing timely support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the student's academic journey.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
• Understand student requirements and provide timely assistance.
• Follow up with students regarding assignments, deadlines, and academic updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Resolve student queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in student counseling, relationship management, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
