We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to manage and supervise pharmaceutical production activities. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining product quality, GMP standards, safety, and proper documentation.

• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities as per production requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets and maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
• Supervise production staff, allocate manpower, and manage shifts effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.
• Monitor raw material and packing material requirements and minimize material wastage.
• Maintain and review production records, batch documents, logbooks, and other required documentation.
• Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, and downtime.
• Identify production issues, troubleshoot problems, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure proper cleaning, housekeeping, and safety practices in the production area.
• Support investigation of deviations, CAPA, change controls, and other quality-related activities.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration are carried out as per schedule.
• Train and guide production staff on SOPs, GMP, safety, and work procedures.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies within the production team.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and wastage control.
• Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.

• Qualification
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech or relevant qualification.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production is preferred

.

• Experience
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical production, depending on the level of responsibility.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position will be preferred.

• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Production planning and manpower management.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and production reporting.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate's experience.

Note: The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production activities are completed efficiently while maintaining required quality, safety, compliance, and documentation standards.
