Job Description

  • Onboard and coordinate with new solar and battery installers.
  • Assign installation jobs to installers based on location, availability, and project requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate installation schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with customers regarding installation appointments and provide timely updates.
  • Handle customer queries related to installation, scheduling, and project progress.
  • Maintain regular communication with installers and follow up on assigned jobs.
  • Monitor installation progress and ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve installation-related issues.
  • Support post-installation activities, including customer follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all installation records and job status updates are maintained accurately in the system.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
