Job Description
Personal Assistant – Planet HyundaiPlanet Hyundai is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Personal Assistant to support management with daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports and documents
- Coordinate with staff and clients
- Maintain confidentiality and follow up on tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous PA/admin experience preferred
